We had a blissful 16 nights at Sheikh Ali hotel and we found it to be the perfect place to stay in Dahab. The location is excellent, only a few minutes‘ walk or a few minutes by taxi (which are just around the corner) from pretty much anywhere in Dahab. For divers, Blue Ocean diving school next door is a must. You will not find a better diving school or a nicer folks anywhere! At the hotel, the junior suite was very pretty and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a huge bed with plenty of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast is delicious, with Egyptian or European options which can be combined if you wish. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and everything we had was very nice, especially the falafel and the barbecued fish (order in advance). The team is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond to make your stay excellent. Sherif in particular is amazing. He manages to be in ten places at the same time and will help you with anything you will ever need. He is the heart and soul of the hotel (at least from the guest perspective) and one of the main reasons we will surely come back. But everyone else is lovely as well, and the little touches make everything about this place very special.

An Exceptional Stay at Sheikh Ali Dahab! This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Dahab – spotless, peaceful, and full of charm. The place is beautifully maintained, always smells fresh, the pool is clean and inviting, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. But what really makes this hotel special is the amazing staff! Mr. Karim and Mr. Sherif are absolutely wonderful – always smiling, ready to help with anything, and genuinely care about every guest. You can truly feel that everything they do comes straight from the heart. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and family-like – it doesn’t feel like a regular hotel, but more like visiting good friends who welcome you with love and sincerity. Everyone there makes you feel at home and truly appreciated, which is something rare to find. Our stay was perfect in every way – calm atmosphere, personal attention, and top-level cleanliness. We’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real, relaxing getaway in the heart of Dahab. 💙🌴

Stay 5 days at Sheikh Ali Hotel. Located close to the main area and shops in Dahab. Perfect stay if you want some quiet and more relaxing place. Facilities are very clean and well look after. The staff is very attentive and polite. Morever, try the kitchen at the hotel, food is tasty if you want to try some egyptian food. Definetly I recommend staying in this hotel.

Amazing service and room. The overall experience was just perfect. The location was very good and very calm. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. And the smell of the soap is remarkable. Loved our stay, and would recommend it for sure.

We had a fabulous week at Sheikh Ali. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. The fresh breakfast was a highlight and served on the beautiful terrace. The pool area was lovely and the kids spent many happy hours there. The location is very peaceful but close to all that Dahab has to offer (snorkelling/diving/lovely restaurants/camel rides/horse riding, the list goes on). We will definitely be back! Where do I start? This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is spotlessly clean, the food is delicious, the rooms are cleaned daily and if you are lucky your towels are made into flowers, hearts, snakes and elephants! Breakfast is divine, fresh fruit, eggs however you like them, pancakes and falafel with mouth watering cucumber and tomato and soft cheese. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful and genuinely caring I have ever had the privilege of staying with. They are all wonderful, yet a special mention for Shereef. He is the kindest, most thoughtful gentleman and attended to every single need we possibly had before we realised we needed it! He is unbelievably attentive but in the gentlest of fashions. Mohammed too was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond, as did Shereef. An unforgettable holiday, totally made by the outstanding staff.
