Very bad intercom in room not working tv connection was not working toiletries not provided shower was not working properly breakfast was good payment charged by make my trip was 40% high as compared by direct booking at property by self. Location of property good

Your vacation can get spoiled if service of hotel and room is not up to the mark.

First day there was no water, from 11 pm till 9 pm water did not come. I raised this concern at 4 am in the morning. Stay of first day was terrible. Our stomach got constipated as there was no water in bathroom. Also they provided extra mattress at 11 pm and we checked in at 11 am. We had to request a lot for extra mattress though we booked for 3 people. Please escalate it. I need refund for the first day. From 11 pm till 9 am. Due to no water we were not able to sleep as we were very constipated. We could not washroom. But for 2nd day he shifted us to another room. I don't need 6% discount. I need refund of the stay of first day. Second day was fine.
