a blissful stay with exceptional hospitality! we had an amazing stay at this hotel, located just a minute's walk from gandhi chowk — the perfect spot to explore the area. but what truly stood out was the hospitality! the hotel manager and caretaker were absolute gems ❤️. they weren’t just doing their job; they genuinely cared. unlike other places that try to upsell services or push cab rides for commissions, these guys were all about ensuring we were comfortable. knowing we came from a warmer place, they constantly checked in to see if we needed anything — be it a room heater, water heater, or anything else. their thoughtful gestures made our stay completely worry-free. and let's talk about the view — breathtaking! waking up to see the valley and mountains was an experience in itself. as for the food? in-house meals were delicious and surprisingly affordable — nearly 40% less than what we expected. overall, a memorable, peaceful stay that felt more like home. highly recommend this gem of a hotel!
