A remote and quiet hotel is located at hillside, where could clearly see the lake in front of your room. The room size is spacious and breakfast provided. Although the locus is at hillside top, the staff will provided free shuttle golfcar from/to hotel to roadside.

Best stay in Dali Highly recommended for couples who wants to get away from the hustle n bustle of Dali City. The host is super friendly and very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel/villa. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and picked us up in a golf cart, taking us up to the hilltop. The owner personally prepares breakfast, and it is absolutely delicious. If we need anything, we can simply contact them via WeChat, and they are always happy to assist with everything. The sea and city view from the third floor is truly breathtaking, especially at night while relaxing in the bathtub. If I have the chance, I would definitely visit again!

Clean and not noisy. The hotel is located at hilltop, they provided transfer from hotel to the main road. Recommended.

First time being in Dali and we moved over to Shuanglang (双廊) from Dali Gucheng (大理古城) to explore the east side of Erhai. The location is about a 5-10min walk from Shuanglang Guzhen's South Entrance （双廊古镇南门口）. However, the place is located on top of a hill. Hence, we needed to contact the butler (管家/客服) to chauffeur us from below to the place or vice versa when we needed to head out. While there's no lift, the butler was also really helpful to carry our luggage up and down the apartment. See pictures for reference of the view of our room - really beautiful. Our room is fairly clean, with house cleaning everyday. Just a thing to note is there's no area to hang your clothes in the shower area 😅 In terms of service, they were really nice and helpful! Chauffeuring us up and down each time we went out~ just fyi, there's cooked breakfast at the pantry every morning! Not going to lie, it was a proper meal (a bowl of mixian noodles, with cut fruits and a boiled egg). For foreign guests like myself who don't have a local Chinese number, you can contact them via WeChat. Ps: if you're planning to travel around the cities, feel free to ask them if they can get discounted rides for you. Otherwise calling Didi (ride hailing service) or checking local tours can be helpful :)

Decide to stay in a quieter area for part of my Dali trip, and this was such a great stay, it looks exactly like the pics posted. The view was awesome for sunset. And it is walking distance to Shuanglang 古镇. They provide buggy service up and down the minsu, very convenient. Their response is very quick whenever you reach out for a request. They also have a washing machine that you can self serve FOC. Overall great stay and really great service.

The hotel is amazing! I love the view, the design, the layout and the amenities in the room. The location is perfect for checking out the nearby old town. The owner provides pickup and drop off service with a golf cart . We definitely will stay there again when traveling in the area next time.

Excellent and extremely comfortable stay! The room was beautiful with modern amenities and creature comforts. Would give more than 5 stars if we could! The room was cleaned and the bed was made daily. The hotel provides free buggy shuttle service from the main road up to the hotel as the winding road uphill is narrow and rather inaccessible by car. Free buggy service is also provided to a car park next to Shuanglang ancient town, so getting there is really convenient. As the hotel is situated on a hill, the view of the houses below and Erhai lake provides a spectacular backdrop. If you are fortunate, you will be able to watch fireworks from your room. Breakfast was the best we had during our visit to Yunnan. The noodles were tasty and many side dishes and fruits were provided. The breakfast lounge was beautiful, modern and clean. Would stay here again if we were to visit Shuanglang in the future!

Wonderful hotel and the scene is amazing. As per the name the hotel is located on the mountain. But not to worry as the owner will drive you up and down! Excellent services and location!

Xiao Yang is very friendly and helpful. He will pick us up to mid mountain hotels, there’s only 5 options there. Great design and environment. He will drive us to old town and return as well. Will come back again!

Never expect that we have to passby many residential houses and a short rocky road to get up to the hotel. Not recommended for babies, old ppl and pregnant women.

Hotel location is at a hill top. The hotel staff picked us up from the public car park, we have to passby many residential houses and also a patch of rocky small lane to reach the hotel compound. Not recommended for pregnant women to travel the route to get to the hotel.
