It’s nice of them to upgrade my room for a better sunset view. The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, just right outside the Shuanglang Old Town, so the taxi driver can drop you off at the doorstep.

Hotel is located right at the entrance of the shuanglang village. Taxi or didi can drop directly at the door step. No lift but they will carry out luggage. The room size is ok, view is stunning. Room are well maintained.
Breakfast starts 8:30am. With a set of local noodles. No coffee is available, not suitable for foreigners.
One washer and one dryer is available on third flt for guest use.
Overall had a good stay.

在雲南大理第一站到的雙廊，從大理做的大巴車到雙廊古鎮門口。滿意第一點：由於找不到位置，給店家打了電話，店家出動了兩個人來接我們，幫我們拿行李，一直到酒店，服務好。滿意第二點:由於我淘寶買了東西在雙廊驛站，驛站距離酒店八百多米，本來説自己去拿，苦於沒有交通工具，店家一個小妹得知情況後主動騎車去幫忙取回，能為顧客考慮，點贊。滿意第三點：次日離店，店主主動幫忙搬運東西，並協助把半個小朋友準備吃的包子加熱，服務好點贊。需要吐槽的幾點:1.訂房贈送的下午茶，由於在就餐大廳享用，就餐期間應該是店內人員不知道是否，佔用了靠邊的位置，極其不專業，未有考慮客户感受，另外由於小朋友準備耍那邊的木馬，咖啡橙汁及蛋糕沒有吃完，店內服務人員催促兩到三次，感受極差。2.由於我們是衝著酒店環境和住宿來的，結果一晚上店家都在公休區整理植物，沖水，擺放花草，嚴重影響公區使用，讓住宿變得性價比極低。另外就是住宿的酒店內陽台蚊子太多，店家也沒有提前有預警或者安排。總得來説，店主還是熱情，服務好，但是個別細節處理的完全不像一個接近一千房費酒店該有的細節，沒有做到細節上為住店人考慮，不專業體現的很明顯。

來大理雙廊一定要住這家一線海景房！推窗即見洱海碧波蕩漾，蒼山雲霧繚繞，躺在床上就能看日落染紅水面，傍晚還能邂逅橘子味的晚霞，美得像闖進了電影畫面！房間設計超有格調，簡約大氣。全景落地玻璃加陽台讓洱海成了天然背景牆，隨手拍都是大片。浴缸正對海景，邊泡澡邊賞景，愜意到不想離開～細節也無可挑剔，小米吹風機、智能音箱、高品質床品，完全是五星酒店的配置！老闆熱情又貼心，幫忙提行李、推薦小眾打卡點。下樓走幾步就是雙廊古鎮熱鬧的街道，美食、手作小店應有盡有。這次入住體驗滿分，是我住過最浪漫的海景房，下次來大理還會選擇這裏！強烈安利給每一位來雙廊的朋友！✨✨✨✨✨

避雷！1.這家酒店就在下高速路口邊上 停車得停在古鎮景區 費用得自費 2.廁所一次性馬桶圈根本套不上 客房阿姨過來弄説就是這樣的 我請問這怎麼上廁所呢？然後阿姨看完啥反應都沒有就走了 服務跟海西的民宿完全沒得比 3. 房間大點的玻璃杯都沒有 沖個葯還得問前台要杯子 4. 重點吐槽下陽台視野 衝著日落海景房來的 完全沒想到這個房型右邊的樓房正好把落日全擋住 周圍還有素質差的人飛無人機光明正大的正面飛過陽台 浴缸都嚇得不敢用 一點私隱都沒有 雖然是新開店 但1000多一晚的房費溢價嚴重了 不太值得

酒店位置一流，整體設計不錯。前台很樸素，反映了床單污漬後立馬幫我換了一條，還特意送了鮮花餅和水果。但因為大理住的民宿細節感受太好，所以對比以後就一般了。雙廊這面臨近洱海的緣故價格都不低。帶孩子來這覺得一般，更喜歡古城的花園小院。因人而異吧

地點接近雙廊古鎮北入口，步行就可以抵達
我訂了三間房子，其中一間有煙味，心想第二天味道會淡去，結果還是會有味道，另外兩間很好，與照片沒有什麼偏差，乾淨，服務員也很貼心幫我們拿行禮上樓
早餐和下午茶味道不錯，可惜有位負責早餐的服務員態度並不是很好（其他的都友善的），希望會有所改善

民宿就在雙廊古鎮旁邊，遊客中心對面，民宿是臨水的，晚上可以聽到海浪的聲音，坐在露台可以欣賞海景及落日，這是最大的亮點，也感謝管家給我從一樓升級到了二樓，有無框玻璃的陽台，可以更好的欣賞海景。民宿是新裝修的，普通的裝修，床墊有點硬，晚上沒睡好。民宿沒有停車場，車衹能停在對面遊客中心，一晚上50塊，自駕的需要注意一下。民宿的咖啡是要收費的，38r一杯，我住的別的民宿咖啡免費提供，對比之下還是有點落差。如果想住臨水民宿的，可以考慮。
