Hotel with nice view of Er Hai. It is away from the touristy areas and close enough to walk there.

📍Location: It’s located at Shuang Lang, next to Er Hai (the lake). Cars cannot drive into the hotel as the road is too narrow, but they have staff to help carry luggages and welcome us into the hotel. A 15 minutes chill walk to the ancient town.
👨🏻🔧 Service: The staff was really friendly. He will help us in understanding the road around and how to get to the ancient town and the recommend tourist spots. He even offered us tea. 🍵
💭 Thoughts: Shuang Lang was my first stop after Kun Ming, and it was really relaxing, I could enjoy a good view directly from my room, they offered tea bag and I could make tea and enjoy the sunset from my room, it was a really relaxing moment! The room was comfy and warm, the bathroom uses a slide door and partially gloss design.

Quite a cosy place, although the room we got doesn't face the lake~ Breakfast is also light as opposed to the usual heavy taste of other cuisines in the area

The receptionist cum bellboy, 小早，came to fetch us and carried our luggiage up the steep stairs to the hotel. View was great. Excellent room and service. Breakfast was delicious and timely. We enjoyed our stay.

Customer service was excellent 👍🏻
The room was spacious, and the view was nice, but unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset since we arrived at night 🥺
We forgot a small item when we checked out, but they were very helpful and sent it to our next hotel in Kunming via SF Express (顺丰快递).

Spacious and clean hotel, with part sea view. Stairs up to hotel can pose some challenges in carrying luggage up, friendly staff readily help us with it. They will also send us and luggage to the carpark near the main road to take a cab. Breakfast is simple and homely. Unfortunately we were not in the room most of the time to enjoy all amenities.

I really like this homestay. There are friendly ladies who help with luggage and pick-up. The breakfast and afternoon tea are very rich. The room is in a good location. You can see Erhai Lake when you wake up, and you can enjoy the sunset when you come back! I will come again next time

The service was very good. The boss helped with the luggage pick-up and drop-off. The boss's wife was very considerate. As soon as we arrived, she served us rose water that we boiled ourselves.
