The receptionist is not friendly at all. When they saw us which are non local they tried to avoid us like pushing someone else doing check in process. And i’ve never saw receptionist smoking in the middle of dealing with customers. But at least they help me arranging driver for daytrip to Shaxi. They really need to learn customer service more. Definitely not recommended to others

在古城內，酒店外就是很美的古城路，一邊觀光一邊步行去南門及市場都在半小時內，很方便。 酒店環境跟官方相片一樣，房間寬敞，住得很舒適，有梳化茶几位，非常適合一家人聚在一起。房外是小花園，很有度假感覺，性價比很高。 老闆很親切友善，服務不錯。

這個是我整個雲南之旅住到最舒服最好的酒店。房間明亮 乾淨 寬敞 舒服，3個行李可以同時敞開。床墊不硬不軟剛好+很寬敞，房間收拾的很乾凈。 酒店環境安靜舒服，有户外庭院，可以坐在那邊吹風曬太陽。酒店位置也很好，就在繁華的大理古鎮中，雖然繁華熱鬧，但是晚上10-11點後很安靜不會影響睡眠。 走。想逛街逛古城，出門往左往右都可以，超級方便 老闆人態度良好友善健談，也會主動幫忙我們拿行李到打車地點，當天下午還請我們吃藍莓。 唯一能挑的問題就是不能打車到酒店門口，需要走一段大約3-5分鐘才能抵達。對行李沉重的乘客不太友好。 但是整體感覺都非常棒 有機會真的還想再回來住。

The location is center of Old town and facility is very good.

真的踩雷! 這家酒店非常臟而且很舊. 非常噁心. 酒店沒有提供任何行李領取服務. 酒店不提供行李接送服務。所以如果您有大行李，請選擇靠近主街的酒店。 同樣的價格，大理古城的其他地方有很多更好的選擇. Throughout our journey from Kunming to Shangri-La, it has been really great. All the host we meet is really friendly and helpful. This is only host that act really rude, our driver called in the morning requesting someone from the hotel to pick us up from nearby entrance as the location of this hotel is in middle of no where. We called again upon reaching and the host told us they have no one to bring us in, so we have to navigate to their hotel by ourself. The nearest drop-off location to the hotel is about 800meters and we have to drag our luggage through the uneven stone pavement of the town. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing! The pictures i shared speak for itself, the hotel itself is pretty rundown and it is really dirty.

非常好的酒店！老闆也很好！

地理位置很不錯，周邊吃喝玩樂的很多，不過酒店不在主路上所以鬧中取靜，早餐就在酒店旁邊的小吃店解決了，米線很好吃，距離西門比較近，自駕的可以把車子停在西門停車場走路過來。大概需要十分鐘左右。總體來説很滿意。

靠近人民路，位置不錯

衞生：乾淨整潔 服務：老闆人很好。熱情好客。

房間很大，硬件設施也上檔次，地理位置非常優越，鬧中取靜，老闆人非常不錯，連住好送了接站服務！

先介紹下地理位置：此酒店坐落於大理的繁華地帶大理古鎮中，在整條步行街中屬於取中的位置，難能可貴的是他處在步行街中間的一個拐角裏面，完全地避開了步行街的喧囂不會被吵到。如果你想逛街的話，你出門往左往右都可以，很是方便。酒店裡麪的設計也很棒，會讓你有一種田園風的感覺很舒適，能帶給你一種鬧中取靜的感覺。衞生方面也非常乾淨，每天你出門之後不用説的話保潔員也會為你打掃，酒店的老闆沒事就會坐在前台待着，有什麼關於大理的問題都可以向他詢問，他也都會知無不言的告訴你，和老闆聊天感覺他是一個很文藝範的人，感覺還不錯，這次我們是一家三口親子旅遊，感覺真的挺棒的。上面我所説的都是親身經歷感受，看到評論的各位可以作為你們如果要來大理住在古鎮這邊選酒店的一個參考。（聲明一下，我不是槍手也不是託，衹是給大家一個親身經歷感，就像寫讀後感一樣，選哪裡也跟我沒關係）最後祝老闆生意興隆。
