The hotel is in the old town which is very convenient for traveling and finding food or whatever the tourists want. He help us carry all stuffs to the room on second and third floor.

We were a group of four friends and booked two rooms. Our stay was wonderful, and the hotel managers were incredibly kind to us. They helped us with our luggage, gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do, and even helped us book a tour around Erhai Lake. They also offered us some cherries and tea, which was such a nice touch. The hotel environment was very clean and welcoming — we felt so good and relaxed throughout our stay. We had such a great time in Dali. Thank you so much!

Great location just at the edge of Dali Ancient City. Lots of eateries and shopping right outside. Entrance to lobby at a side alley just off the main street. Look out for hotel sign in Chinese. Photos attached show the main street right near hotel.
Self replenish toiletries and water bottles at the reception. Be prepared to walk up steps. Staff would help carry luggage up and down.
Very helpful and friendly staff.

The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful family who runs it. They are simply the best—so kind, incredibly helpful, and always ready to provide outstanding service.
The location is also excellent, very close to the old town, with a night market right in front of the house. Despite this, it’s quiet at night, so you can sleep well. The owners kindly let us use the washing machine and the terrace to hang our clothes, which was a huge help for long-term travelers like us. From the terrace, you can also enjoy beautiful views over Dali.
The only downside was that the bed was a bit too hard for us, as we’re used to softer mattresses in Europe. :) But overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location of the hotel is good, once you are able to find it, but do not worry as hotel staff can come out to receive you if you cannot find it at first.
Cleanliness is average, the toilet is rather dark, the lights are not bright enough. Service is polite and helpful, hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient, right next to the Dali Ancient Town, with convenient transportation and meals, and close to Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. The boss is very kind and responsive. There is a bus to Lijiang next to it
