The hotel was beautiful
We booked the cave-pool room and the pool area was private as we hoped.
The housekeeper, Ahi and the rest of staff were very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable.
The room was very spacious and the bathtub had good flow of hot water.
The hotel is in a beautiful area of Dali, within Dream Land
The included photography session was also very satisfactory and professional

A serene stay with amazing views. Felt as if i’m in greece. So many restaurants are nearby and the famous lomis garden is also close and the hotel offers free shuttle to the spot.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and helped with my luggage. Please note that the hotel has many stairs so you would want to bring light luggage.
They welcome you with an amazing fruit and snack platter.

The butler service was great. Our butler was 辉管家, and he was very helpful and prompt in responding to all our needs - such as arranging for buggy service to fetch us from the carpark into the hotel, arranging for breakfast take outs when we were supposed to head out early the following day, as well as being thoughtful in helping us with the temperature settings in the room. Overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was just as the pictures, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We are vegetarians, they went the extra mile to prepare us a hi-tea as well as meals according to our taste at the restaurant. The food was yum and they gave a good discount too at the restaurant. They also had a personal staff member with us all the time, Cassie she was lovely; very helpful, could speak English and showed us around. Overall it was totally worth it.
