DDazhangguichenThe inn is in the ancient town. Due to the traffic time control requirements, the car cannot be parked inside. The inn called to confirm the check-in situation the day before and gave the specific location where parking can be done. I have to give a thumbs up👍.
It’s just that if you park the car in the designated parking lot on the day, you will be charged a parking fee of 10 yuan (we checked in at the inn in Weishan the day before, and the inn guided us to park in their designated parking lot for free. We also stayed in many hotels and basically never encountered the situation of self-paid parking). Maybe the inn also thinks that the vehicle cannot enter the town at the specified time due to the traffic requirements of the ancient town, and it is normal to park in the paid parking lot at your own expense. So from their own perspective, it is understandable that they did not ask or inform about this issue in advance, but it would be better if they informed the self-driving about the parking fee in advance in the future.
I was about to arrive at the parking lot to inform the inn that I could come to pick up the luggage. After waiting for a while, someone came over. He was very quick and left a message with my family: You go over. I just closed the car door, and she had already disappeared on the pastoral path against the blue sky and white clouds on her car.
The old man at the parking lot came to collect the fee. We had to pay 10 yuan first. If we came to pick up the car tomorrow, we had to pay another 10 yuan (no more charges for entering and exiting on the same day). Okay, we will charge two days of parking fees for one night. (The gears of the experience started turning from this moment) After collecting the fee, the old man smiled and said that the inn was not far away, and we could walk there (pointing to the sea... oh no, it was the direction of the ancient town). The inn probably assumed that we were regular guests and were already familiar with the route. I could only silently open Baidu Maps... When we arrived at the inn, our luggage had been placed at the front desk many steps ahead of us, and the girl began to help us check in. At this time, a lady came: Let me tell you first, there is no breakfast in your room type. If you want to eat, it will be 20 per person. (I think her tone was a bit stiff and uncomfortable when she expressed this paragraph. This is my problem. I reflect on it. I have too high requirements.)
I asked a cheap question later (Can I drive the car in at night so that I don’t have to pay 10 yuan tomorrow) She said but you have to drive it out before 8 am. . . (I was silent, indicating that it was better to forget it) Then an indescribable expression appeared on the face of the queen, surprise or disgust? It may be my inner drama (quite rhyming), or it may be that I am sensitive. Maybe she has always had this kind of personality and expression, or maybe she didn’t mean it at all. (It’s still my fault. I shouldn’t ask such a question. The room fee has been paid, and I am still entangled in the parking fee.)
There are so many guests coming and going in Xizhou. Both parties are just casual acquaintances. After tonight, they become strangers again. What emotional value do you still want to be hypocritical?
The room is nice, I won't go into too much detail, the comments are basically positive, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful and quiet, all of which are words of praise, so my family and I also chose the most expensive room type.
I didn't enjoy the afternoon tea, and when I remembered it, it was already past the time (I still have to reflect on myself, I should have proactively told the inn that I wanted to enjoy it, instead of waiting for the inn to remind you whether you need it or not, just like the merchant can use group purchase coupons but you have to ask yourself, instead of the merchant telling you that we can use coupons here as soon as you come. It's my fault)
When you book a hotel or inn you have never been to, in addition to looking at pictures, you can only look at reviews, but it can only be a reference. The specific experience is like opening a blind box, and there will be a poor experience with an excellent one.
The above is my real personal experience, which is extremely subjective. I share it here for reference only.
