From the Shenyang train station need to walk at least 15 to 20 minutes. So in the end we took a taxi to the hotel which took about 6- 8 minutes. The room is clean & just outside the Russian street.

The location is in a busy pedestrian street, so taxis cannot enter. Check-in takes a long time, but the staff is sincere. The room is comfortable, but the cleaning seems a bit careless.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. House keeping was so thoughtful and perfect. They have a laundry machine and a drier, which was so convenient. Location’s fantastic. It’s on the Russian street where many tourists are visiting. Breakfast wasn’t good, but other than that, everything’s great. I’ll definitely stay here again when I need to find a hotel around here. Thanks!

1、住這麼久酒店第一次要求自己套被子
2、第二天反饋服務生，服務生回覆，我們下班了怎麼管？我也不知道怎麼管
3、問可以多給兩個衣架嗎，回覆這個我們不管的
4、連住三天，要求換一下床單，服務生非常不耐煩
5、洗手間狹小，浴室陳舊，衞生差

入住後總體感覺還是不錯的，前台小姐姐用老婆的賬號註冊升級了房型，禮貌熱情，推薦周圍餐廳也去吃了，很不錯，大連人民也很熱情，這次的旅行也比較滿意。
設施：設施比較齊全，非遺的遺憾是沒有小冰箱，不知道是北方的全季都沒有，還是衹是這家店沒有，
衞生：每天都有阿姨準時打掃🧹，始終都保持乾淨整潔。
環境：酒店的地理環境非常好，雖然在俄羅斯風情街這麼繁華的地段，但是晚上睡覺還是十分安靜的，清凈不鬧。
服務：叫外賣很方便，機器人🤖送餐快速高效，客房服務也不錯，還有一個小缺憾就是離店沒有給住客準備伴手禮，因為我也住過很多家全季了，離店一般都會有伴手禮，我是詢問後，店家給了一個護手霜的小袋子，然後就和我説沒有其他的了，就是這點有些不如意吧。
總體來説還是值得表揚的，有機會來大連還會選擇的。
