酒店就在香格里拉對面，整體都還不錯，幫忙升級了行政房，沒想到22樓行政禮遇是開會用的，去逛了一下衹有可樂，蘇打水和咖啡，想想沒什麼吃的就拿一瓶蘇打水準備路上喝，服務員竟然還不讓拿，必須打開喝一口才能拿，也是第一次遇到原則性這麼強的服務員😅，早餐的煎餅不錯。窗簾窗紗電動的不能開一半，關上太黑，全開太陽照太熱，浴室花灑挺不錯的！

這家酒店是意外驚喜，本來是因為泳池定的，想着有些年限，期待值沒有太高，沒想到從下車，禮賓部每一次主動開門，提行李，次次沒落空，反而後麪轉去四季一下車自己提行李進去才有人接手！房間雖然有些年限，但是可以看出客房部非常認真打掃，我媽媽深度潔癖的人也説不錯，反而後續在四季她一眼看到玻璃的灰塵，衣櫃高處的灰塵！地理位置非常好！去哪裡都很方便！入住送的魚片和糖非常好吃！出門走一百米有個早市～入住後第二天有一些小插曲，賓客服務經理也解決的非常得體！以後有機會來大連！還會選擇新世界！貴不一定是最好，但是新世界我們一致覺得是性價比最高

老牌酒店年代感是有的，但是房間裝潢和質感依然在線，衞浴都沒有老舊，浴缸和頂噴都非常舒服。浴缸水出了點小插曲，經理及時溝通。沒有定早餐，外面步行 5 分鐘的早餐店很好吃，酒店一樓的冰淇淋非常正宗。訂的雙床房，兩個床可以拼在一起，睡 3 大 1 小沒問題。5 樓游泳池水温不錯，體感有25 度以上。很大一片都是淺水區，小朋友玩起來很放心，遊玩淋浴間非常暖和，可以甩幹游泳衣，還有汗蒸房。整體入住體驗長者和孩子都很開心。

非常喜歡這家酒店，8.23辦理入住那天，家人忙着幫忙拿行李把我的相機遺忘在大堂休息區，直到第二天24號才發現，趕緊去前台尋找，好消息是被工作人員細心的發現，及時的收起來了，上萬的相機還好沒有丟失。非常感謝酒店人員們的專業，細心和謹慎。酒店的位置非常市中心，我們租車出行，車停在地下停車場也是免費的，太方便了。早餐我們去對面的七一早市解決，既方便又能接觸到大連當地的美食文化和早市煙火氣。我感覺我選這個酒店很成功，房間也很大，11層打掃衞生的大姐我也很喜歡，很熱情友好。還有大泳池和健身區，滿分。☺️☺️

訂的套房，兩張床，房間面積大，設備齊全就是什麼東西都要找半天，拖鞋在裏面衣櫃裏，防滑墊透明的，找了好久，廁所沒有小板凳，浴室大但是防滑墊太小。入住，出行，餐飲非常方便。機器人送餐方便，除了第一天入住有送水果，後面幾天都沒有水果送，這點挺失望的。

酒店出行便利，靠近杉木和正黃旗用餐區，因此選擇了這裏。大堂的工作人員態度親切，看到小朋友在抓娃娃機附近徘徊，主動送來遊戲幣，孩子很開心。不過衞生方面實在令人失望。旺季入住，上午11點左右抵達，因客房需等到下午2點後才能準備好，便先外出遊玩。晚上睡覺時一掀被子，手上竟沾了東西，到衞生間仔細一看發現是假睫毛。隨後檢查床鋪，被套上還有殘留。致電總枱請求更換被子，卻被告知因滿房無法提供備用被子。經解釋情況（不止一處假睫毛殘留），對方才同意更換被套。前來更換的是一位年紀較大的男服務員，操作很不熟練，被套多次拖到地上，體驗較差。連續入住兩晚，第二天保潔阿姨來打掃時，觀察到對面房間剛退房，其垃圾桶清倒時直接將內容物倒入大桶中。因擔心衞生狀況，我們隨後主動提出不需要房間打掃。

在富麗華、香格里拉、新世界三者糾結半天，最終選擇了新世界，價位在兩者之間。到了才發現三個酒店非常近，其實住三晚可以每家都體驗體驗。
再説説新世界，總體還是非常不錯的，房間比較乾淨，也比較大，住起來比較舒服，特別喜歡淋浴房的設計和洗漱用品，樓下有自助餐，吃飯也比較方便。缺點是：離地鐵有點遠，得走個10分鐘，另外就是床墊有問題，輕微翻身都感覺床晃的厲害。

房間寬敞明亮，床墊稍微有點軟，衞浴設施整潔齊全。服務熱情周到，樓層打掃及時乾淨。中西式自助早餐，品種多樣，領位及時。現場製作做的煎餅和各式麪條都很美味，服務優質麻利。唯一遺憾的是烤麪包機有點老舊，經常會烤糊。
