1.前台在我明確表示要辦理入住的情況下沒有解釋一句讓我稍等一下這種話，直接先去把外賣送進機器人再回來，很沒禮貌
2.無人排隊的情況下辦理入住非常慢，一邊點電腦一邊歎氣發出嘖嘖的聲音，自己在那嘟囔：“沒有房間啊”我不知道在我已經下了訂單的情況下她這話説給誰聽的，前台做不到微笑服務也請不要這麼負能量
3.進房間以後煙味非常非常非常大，大到像有人剛抽完走了似的，明明已經做過客房清理了，不知道為什麼清理的時候沒有給屋裡放味
4.衞生很差，門把手上全是灰，燈開關上全是灰，馬桶上多處不明臟污

這是我這麼多年住了各個城市多少個如家酒店裡麪最最最差勁的一家！！很少給差評，這次真的忍不了一點了，希望大家看到後能避雷這家酒店！不要踩坑！
1.床小的不能再小！一米五寬的床長度剛剛一米八多一點，對象一米八八躺不下，斜着睡的，大家各自超過一米八的就別試了，真的超級狹小超級擁擠，不適合兩個人睡。
2.沒有熱水！頭一次遇到酒店水龍頭打開不出熱水而且水流小成這樣，打前台電話要求處理，客服説他們酒店就這樣，需要把水龍頭擰開放七八分鐘，實踐後發現防水十分鐘後仍沒有熱水，衹有温水，不能洗澡，會凍感冒。
3.屋內有異味且空調不能用！一進屋子就有股淡淡的黴味，想打開空調換換氣，發現老舊發黃的空調衹是擺設，根本不能通過遙控器打開，衹能開窗散味道，窗户也是很小一面幾乎不起到作用。
請大家一定擦亮眼睛，避雷如家酒店（大連北站體育中心店）！

這家店離高鐵站才一公里，下高鐵打車三分鐘就到了。前台小姑娘態度十分好，酒店看樣子裝修時間不太長，一問果然才裝修半年。房間空間挺大，衞生也不錯，關鍵是價格非常美麗，性價比超高！可以推薦！
