*Stylish Condo 2 Min from Lower Greenville*

Definitely a what I paid for vs. What I Got This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of the major highways and local bars, but I'd pass on it on my next Dallas trip.

Cute, small apartment. Fine for a short stay The property was reasonably clean though it smelled of fish when we arrived. The door latch is messed up and has about a half inch of wiggle room when the door is locked. It didn’t feel very secure. The decor is nicely done with cute appliances including a fully stocked Nespresso machine which I very much appreciated. I didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessities with the exception of silverware. Where is the silverware? I had to stir my coffee with a butcher knife. The owner promptly responded when I reached out on Arrival about the door.

NYE Girls Trip Awesome location super walkable! Bed was so comfy! Perfect place cute and simple
