Consider spending a little extra for a better experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place fell short in several areas. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room wouldn't be ready for an additional six hours, despite check-in starting at 3 PM. The lobby bathroom was also locked, making it inconvenient for us. The pool was heavily chlorinated, which made it unusable. Staff seemed unresponsive and provided no updates during our wait. We decided to walk to a nearby McDonald's, and the area felt more unsafe than we expected, especially coming from Chicago. I ultimately canceled my reservation, but the next day, they attempted to charge my account for a stay I never had. Lastly, the shuttle service took about an hour to arrive, and locating the pickup spot was quite challenging, forcing us to rely on an Uber instead. I'd recommend looking into options like Aloft Dallas Love Field for a more pleasant stay.

both front desk men were so sweet and attentive and knowledgeable! I would definitely come back to this location just because of them. They didn't complain, were ready to work, and the younger one always stood up when someone approached the desk or came into the hotel. His smile was everything. You could tell that he's a passionate guy. The lady who set up the breakfast bar was superb with her customer service. She kept the bar clean, made sure people wore gloves before they touched the serving spoons, and walked around the dining area to make sure everyone was doing okay with their food. Even housekeeping were so sweet! They could barely speak English, but they were mannerable, respectful, and they cleaned my room as if i wasn't even in it. They were prompt and very professional. When I asked for extra towels, I received a smile and two large towels and two small small ones. No attitude present. I'm definitely coming back to this Wyndham!

I barely leave reviews and have never took the time to write a negative review in my life so the fact that I did today should say something. I mainly judge a run of the mill hotel on 2 things: the mattress and breakfast. Both were beyond pathetic. The mattress has no comfort. Just springs. I’ve gotten better sleep on a pull out couch. A sleeping bag on the floor would have been better. The breakfast was somehow worse. Hotel eggs and bacon are about what you’d expect. The breakfast potatoes seemed like they were frozen potatoes cooked in a microwave. No bagels or pastries just bread and some mini muffins. Waffle maker was good but it’s kinda hard to mess up bagged waffle mix. They did have Frosted Flakes and fruit loops but the bowl for cereal was about the size of a salsa bowl at your typical Mexican restaurant. We did let my daughter visit the pool but the chlorine was so overused my eyes were burning leaving the room after 15 minutes in the pool area and I didn’t even swim so we left and immediately put her in the shower to wash off. The shower pressure was nice but there is red mold in the corner of the shower. At the end of the day I had somewhere to lay my head down but if we were staying more than 2 nights I would check out early and go somewhere else for the remainder of the trip. I’ve stayed in some questionable hotels growing up and at least there you know what you’re getting into. Never would I have expected somewhere with a name like Wyndham attached to it to be so low quality.

I would like to recognize the individual who worked the front desk when I arrived, he did a great job getting me checked in and resolving my problems. Overall, the hotel is in terrible condition. One thing that stood out as soon as I entered is the lobby. This is a non-smoking hotel area, but it reeks of smoke. So much so that I would have left and stayed somewhere else if I had another option (due to a late night cancelled flight, I couldn't find another hotel). The smell was worse in the first room I was checked into and it had terrible stains on the couch, bed and the foot stools for the couch. The air conditioning control unit had been taken off the wall and was missing. The actual AC unit under the window did not work. I had to return to the front desk to get assistance. The individual at the desk tried to find the control unit and to repair the AC unit, nothing worked. I was transferred to a second room and it was a mirror of the first except the AC unit worked. The bed, couch and stools were completely stained, the bathroom caulking was moldy and the bottom of the bathroom door was moldy and rotten. It was so bad I actually took pictures to show my family how bad the room was. The smell in the room was horrible, the smell of smoke was terrible. Fortunately, due to my travel arrangements, I only had to stay in the room for ~5 hours but I will never stay at that hotel again. I had a headache all morning from the smell of the room. This hotel is not a good representation of the Wyndam Hotels. It need to be completely renovated. There is no way I could recommend anyone should stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Great value for your money. 10/10 Awesome full breakfast. Spacious rooms. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Free parking. Fast internet. Friendly staff. Cleaning ladies were on top of everything. They were amazing. Great hotel to stay in!
