I will not recommend this lodge for families. It’s noisy and not what we expected. The cutlery was dirty, cottage full of cockroaches and spiderwebs. Suddenly the lodge didn’t had a spare key to freshen up the cottage over weekends. We didn’t feel safe.

Destiny Lodge Inn offers great value for money and their dinners are tasty and well prepared. The only negative was entering the cottage to find a kitchen sink full of dirty dish water. Despite me doing the dinner dishes, our breakfast dishes were left for us to clean when we arrived back in the afternoon. Perhaps this service is not offered and if so, letting the guests know would be helpful.

Hi recommend Destiny Inn for anyone that wants to stay in a clean, tidy and in nature venue to book at Destiny inn. Not just is everything so nice, the staff are very friendly and always helpful. We were there in a group and they catered for the side dishes for our braai as well, which was excellent.

Very nice out lay and the staff are friendly and helpful in all aspects. Will I stay there again, yes I would and would advise people to stay there and this will be my common stay when in Polokwane again.

What a nice place to stay. Everybody is friendly and helpful. The accommodation is perfect and there is a nice vibe around the place. Place is nice and clean as well. Nice atmosphere as well, it is just perfect!

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable with good value for money. My sleep quality was due to a large number of guests arriving in the early hours of the morning and being incredibly loud and inconsiderate. I felt the management could have done more to keep them quiet. Mostly it was a lovely stay!

The stay was pleasant except for the breakfast. All the food was cold and unpleasant to eat. Dinner was exceptional. Room was neat and cosy. A bit far from my work location but the price was fair. I hope they will better their service on the breakfast.

We went in the winter and it would be fine if the cabins had insulation, heat or even a door that fully closed as even with base layers, fleece and blankets were were very cold at night. It was about 6C overnight. I think investing in some heating or insulating would go a long way. Otherwise the location, staff and food were great.

Nobody at gate or front desk when we booked in. No backup lights during loadshedding. They do have a generator but does not start it for guests. We stayed 3 nights and every night there was a problem.
