This modern in-law-suite is in a newly finished lower level. Relax in your 100% updated space in a quiet neighborhood.
Less than 5 minutes from Dalton State, a short walk to a new playground, picnic area and walking/jogging trail. Also, we are along the 4.2 mile local running/walking loop. Convenient to I-75.
1-1.5 miles from Walnut Avenue restaurants.
Here for work? Work from home with a dedicated work space. Traveling nurse? 5 minutes from Hamilton Medical Center.
Entertain a small group of friends by your outdoor fire pit, or in the modern kitchen.

Softball Tournament stay
This little suite was just right for 3 people. Loved the outside seating and the kitties that came to visit. 🐈⬛ There was cat hair on the bedroom bedding when we arrived but we were able to change that, with all of the bedding and pillows that were in the closet. Not a big deal to us. The bathroom is very big. Lots of towels . The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if we come again in the future.
