"Property food is okay not great, facilities are good, the major issue is the hotel policies, the do not have a pre-authorisation facility & as instructed room service needs to be settled immediately which is highly inconvenient. The Staff as well is no cooperative in this regards & kept asking for payments so if u order 4-5 dishes even while having lunch or dinner you are been asked to settle the invoice which is nonsense."
