I went with my family. The staff is very helpful and nice. They helped me arrange my travel from Jordsn to Syria. The hotel is located in a prime location, walking distance from all the main historical sites of old Damascus. The rooms were air conditioned, clean, and exceptionally beautiful. The courtyard is gorgeous and very quiet, the breakfast served consisted of a traditional Syrian breakfast the chef also made us omlettes. I would recommend for any traveller whether going solo, as a couple, or a family.

Beit Zafran is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous vintage old damascene house in a calm atmosphere, beautifully renovated with attention to every detail, very clean, great breakfast (soon the restaurant will reopen for lunch and dinner). The staff were wonderful, very hospitable and accommodating to all our needs with big smile! Location was also great, walking distance to everywhere in the historic old city with lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Our stay was very pleasant, we loved our morning coffee and evenings on the quiet terrace. We highly recommend staying at Beit Zafran especially if you want to enjoy old Damascus!

Beit Zafaran is a gem that preserved the historical damascene house so you walk into history and beauty. The staff are extremely friendly and you feel you are living at home. I move from my room into the courtyard and enjoy reading a book while listening to the water fountain. It is just an exceptional experience

If you plan a visit of Damascus, I am strongly recommend you to stay in luxury and boutique hotel Beit Zafron. You will be fascinated by interior of the hotel which takes you back to history. Personnel is very kind and willing to help you with everything. Great breakfast, luxury rooms and amazing location. Owner of the mansion will greet you like a family. The best experience!

It’s the most beautiful hotel in Damascus. In the heart of the old town with spacious beautiful rooms. Some even with balcony which is rare in Damascus. Adnan, the owner, makes sure that you feel at home there. I definitely would like to come back there. Absolutely recommended !
