The scenic spot is beautiful and the hotel is nice! The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, with comfortable and elegant decoration. They have floor heating and humidifiers, and diffuse oxygen supply at night to ensure sleep. The scenery outside the window is also beautiful, and you can see Xiannairi and Shanuoduoji Snow Mountain from the balcony. The service staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Cizhen who took us hiking the Songtsan Trail and Xiao Yang at the front desk. They made us feel the warmth, simplicity and sincerity of the hotel, and we give them a thumbs up! I recommend the Songtsan Trail to my friends here. It is well worth a try. At first, I was worried: I was afraid that I would not be able to persevere due to lack of exercise and being over fifty years old. However, with the help, encouragement and support of my husband, housekeeper Cizhen and our new good teammate Comrade Xiao Zhao, we completed the whole journey happily. There are hardships along the way, as well as beautiful and unique scenery that cannot be seen on normal travel routes. Because the vegetation is very oxygen-free, and we have a good partner and a great steward, this hike was an unforgettable experience during our more than ten days of travel. grateful!

The hotel is nicely located within the Yading Nature Reserve. The accommodation is rather old, but comfortable. A part of it seems to be under construction. The staff are friendly and trying to communicate with us. When we stayed the hot water was not running at all on the first night, which has been quite a nightmare as it was raining and very cold outside. On the second night the warm water was running, but it was only not cold, far from being hot and doesn't help with the nearly 0 celcius outside.

Located in the village in the nature reserve, it is very convenient, very close to the bus stop no. 2. The hotel is exceptional with good service and hospitality. The staff were very helpful. They helped us carty our heavy luggage up the stairs. The price is very reasonable, quite cheap when compared to what we got, great view, good food, clean and very spacious room. There's oxeyen supply in the room, which helped a lot to ease the symptoms of AMS. The amenities such as portable oxeyen are reasonable, no need to buy from outside the park. Nothing to complain. Very recommended!

Superb hotel, very new! It is a nice and very warmly and beautifully decorated house. Breakfast is provided and yummy! The rooms are spacious and provide a lot of extras like water, instant coffee, heating blankets, oxygen. The views of the rooms are great! The hotel is very good located in yading village with a few good restaurants in walking distance. The real pearl of the hotel is the staff: super friendly and very helpful! First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.
