辦理入住，前台人員明明電腦就能辦理入住一兩分鐘就能完事，非得在拿我們的證件跑那個自助機器那辦理，大熱天的再加上都大包小包的多耽誤事啊，還有就是早餐，早餐是真的差啊，東西沒有了不補，再就是早餐吃完不到倆小時就能馬上拉肚子，不止我一個人我們同行5個人全拉了。
