Wonderful hotel! The staff are very nice and the room is clean. We stayed there for 3 days and they always came to clean the room on time. The breakfast is also very delicious , they don’t have a wide variety but it’s good! Highly recommend

Good hotel, a little bit far from the airport and out of town, but big pool and spacious rooms. All meals were delicious although obviusly on the expensive end.

The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings. There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest. Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting. It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels. The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well. There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

Excellent resort

離機場較遠，去機場的路況非常差， 建議至少提前四個小時出發。

The rooms are so spacious and the balcony offers more relaxation and pleasure of viewing the seaside. The meals are absolutely first class and the staff so friendly. Transport to and from hotel is so comfortable and safe. The conference facilities are beyond reproach. It was a memorable and rare experience at Ramada Resort.

My first time in Dar es Salem, and was definitely impressed by Ramada hotel! Very clean, very secure, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, from the moment we checked in , I will always remember the soccer nights at the bar ! Great views and closer to the beach ! The breakfast was delicious and all the team in the dining area were always ready to serve. I was unimpressed with the “ladies of the night “ who hang out most evenings around the bar till late didn’t give the hotel a great impression! The shower pressure needs to be improved! I give the hotel 9/10 and will definitely visit again !

Friendliest staff who always greet and "Karibu" to welcome you🤗 There was a wide variety of food at every mealtime, always fresh. Freshest juices made in house. Aircon always on to relieve you form the extreme heat outside. The pool was always kept clean, with lifeguards on site if you are travelling with kids. My Iron stopped working on my second day and after calling reception it was replaced immediately. The room was kept super clean. Honestly Everything was great.

This place is paradise. We stayed for 6 nights in Seaview deluxe with pool and I'd say it's definitely the best accommodation I've ever experienced. The setting is superb. We had direct access to the beach and yet had total privacy. The staff are excellent - warm and always eager to please especially Mr. DICKSON BEDAS, who was forever on hand to arrange anything and everything. One small negative - the gym area is SUPERB hopefully when we return it'll get the perfect 10/10. as it's or more Oh yes .. we'll be returning :) Exceptional stay. A true sweet break, enhanced by the kindness of the entire hotel team. Delicate cuisine that enchants the taste buds, breathtaking green landscapes, unspoilt nature... All in a warm atmosphere, where you feel at home, with attentive and refined service. A huge thank you for these precious moments and Mr. DICKSON BEDAS at the Outlets

We had an absolutely amazing time at Ramada, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable especially the restaurant team Mr. Dickson was really helpful, Anthony & Evaline. Nothing was too much trouble. I definitely recommend.

We kindly appreciate the service series which we received from day one up to the end of our meeting workshop. I kindly congratulate the management team for a very professional staff member you have as an company assert, please keep the team you have gote, we took round the world for different global workshops you are far better in hospitality I can tell you this with confidence. I kindly thanks Mr. David and Mr. Sadi for a wonderful arrangements for our booking. The food and Beverage manager Mr. Dickson he is service politic master, the guy is very professional he knows how to deal with customer request and issues on time and his service team they did very nice job during our stay from breakfast, Lunch and Dinner outside the restaurant, very nice and wonderful thank you. The Banquet lady Nuru she is very nice, she takes care our meeting breakfast very well. But don't let her carry those round tables alone. I think those are more for Boys You just need to keep few changes, like GYM equipments are a bit old and no gym trainer. The rooms were perfect.

I went for dinner with my fiancé; we got there, no one attended to us so we started looking for a place to sit on our own. We went outside but realised there weren't any nice spots left, so we asked a guy (in a uniform so he must've been an attendant) if we could sit inside on a balcony overlooking the beach and he said yes then he just continued with his other errands. We went up to the balcony, another hotel attendant helped us open the door but that was it. We sat there, no one came to us, we kept looking for someone but in vain. We were there for about 10-15 minutes then we decided to leave. On our way out we met another attendant who must've seen us getting in so he asked why were we leaving so early and we told him what happened. He was nice; he apologised and then we left. It was both our first time dining (or wanting to) at Ramada but our experience was terrible so we'll never go back!
