Excellent The house was as described. Close to beach access. It's set back from the road with only one neighbor so quieter than most houses with no foot traffic by house. The house is excellent as is the owner who provides excellent communication and service up to and including having an item left behind found and shipped back to me. I definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

End of summer Mom and college kids trip The location was just what we needed close to town things and beach access. Beach access is public and you should have bug spray for evening time outside it is wooded. The house was super cute and intimate for our small group. Just as described. The kitchen could use a few containers, baking sheets, and pans. But we managed with ziploc bags. We did have some bugs but, if you have been to OBX this time of year you know that’s always a possibility with rainy weather. Take some bug spray and do your best to keep the door shut. The bugs do not say anything about the cleanliness of the house. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Linens were clean. I took some extra towels. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely book again from this owner and this house.

Good but not great I just want to start off by saying I did enjoy my stay in the outer banks at this property but there was just a couple of things that I did not appreciate all that well. We were told that the property would be cleaned before our check in, however upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were not properly clean with sand being scattered around the place. underneath all of the beds there was even more sand and dust and even TRASH. There was also ant all over the place, in the living room, in the kitchen and in some of the bed rooms. we also found a DEAD COCKROACH underneath the sink. Lastly there was also I box of dirty towels and sheets left at the house that the cleaning company had to come pick up. Again I did enjoy my stay at the property but due to the cleanliness I don’t believe I’ll be coming back again nor recommending it either
