We recently had a trip to Darjeeling with Family and Friends and we made our booking through a broker to the hotel for 2 days . The experience is as follows - 1. They charge is very high per day for a normal room which should be 1000/- . 2. Light ,Greaser was not working properly. 3. Insufficient water supply. 4 The room was not clean at all and Bugs,spiders in the room. 5.Food quantity is very bad. 6.The staff behavior is very poor and not sufficient. 5. Powers go now and then and no power back up is available. 6.Far away from the mail and the transport is not available.

Never seen such a bad and unprofessional behaviour by the staff and management. No towels were given and the geyser was not at all working. Never book your rooms in this hotel, the worst hotel ever in Darjeeling. No room service was available even after requesting and refused lunch, claiming that we told them to not to make lunch.
