Udaan Nirvana is the best place to spend your days in Darjeeling. The staff is warm and nice. Ms Anisha from front desk was so warm and helpful. The food is awesome.

We stayed at this hotel for two days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and the view from our room was truly outstanding. The staff, especially Dorjey T. Bhutia, were very helpful and courteous. We did face a minor issue with the door lock, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!

We had a truly memorable family stay at Udaan Nirvana Resort in Darjeeling. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning hill views—waking up to the sunrise from our balcony was magical. The kids loved the swings and slides on the property, which kept them happily engaged throughout our stay. A special mention to Dorjey T Bhutia, who was especially humble, caring, and attentive, making us feel genuinely looked after. The service overall was warm and friendly, and meals didn't take long to arrive upon placing the order and they were more than willing to accomodate custom requests, the staff’s politeness is also a striking difference compared to some other establishments. If you’re visiting Darjeeling, I’d highly recommend this resort for families. Book a balcony room for the views, keep comfy shoes for the uphill walks, and be ready for a stay that combines comfort, hospitality, and charm.

We had a fabulous experience in Udaan Nirvana Resort Darjeeling. We visited on 15th August 2025. The location is very good near Mall Road. Mr. Dorjey T Bhutia welcomed us very nicely helped us in every situation. I recommend this resort as one of the best resort in Darjeeling. All members of the resort are very professional and gentle. Their behaviors are very good. Very comfortable and nice experience overall.

The most attractive and beautiful resort at Darjeeling is Udaan Nirvana resort,you should visit atleast once a year,view was so mesmerizing from the balcony I had stayed for three nights with my family and the stay was awesome,food quality was good ,room was very clean and hygiene,staff were very helpful especially the reception guy Prem who was very cooperative and helpful throughout the stay.Definitely recommend my friends.

It was a wonderful experience in nirvana located near to mall road ,have to reach by walk approx 300 to 400 mtr but it's worth.like to visit again,staff were so helpful like Prem,Praman,anisha and all others too.

The food here is too good I would say.. rather than good I would say it's so fresh and healthy.. Thank you to Sang lamu and all staff they are staff here and they were very kind and generous to us and infact towards all customers here.. had a great experience and would suggest to come and experience this in Darjeeling..
