Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa

估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

Love the hotel, it's really beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and love the buffet dinner there, the whole hotel is veg so we did not have any problem, I went there with my family and enjoyed a lot, I would like to mention Abhishek from service team he was really polite and friendly, will be visiting again

We had a very nice stay at Udaan Himalayan we booked for suite room the view from the room was amazing. Room was very neat and clean service was great Food at grains restaurant was really tasty Our overall experience at udaan Himalayan was great Thanks to Pratik, Anisha, Tanmoy, Ujwal and abhinay

We had amazing stay at udaan himalayan we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the time of check in to checkout. The room which we booked was really neat and clean and spacious Food at grains restaurant was amazing Special thanks to Pratik, vansita and saprapti for their service

This is a good hotel, very clean and neat.Rooms were good. Front office and Staff is very well mannered and polite. However a few issues need to be taken care of : Hair dryer is needed in the bathroom. There was a waitress ( a tall and fair lady) whose behaviour was not acceptable.She just looked through us when we asked for a few things. Maybe she thinks she is an air hostess.This kind of behaviour on the part of the staff will deter visitors from the hotel.This happened during the breakfast time on 6.5.25 (Tuesday) when we were having our complimentary breakfast. Please understand that we have paid for the breakfast and that it is not being provided free by the hotel. The next issue is that the Front office wrongly billed us for a cup of tea (165/-rs) which we did not take. During the rush of check out ( please note there is no parking space to load the luggage in the car) my husband was called inside and asked to pay.When I raised this issue with the front office,they said they would look into it but no answer from them. The issue is not about the amount.When we have paid around 11,000/- for the room,we will not bother about a hundred rupees but they have wrongly billed us .We just slept in the room and did not order anything from the restaurant. These minor issues say a lot about the hotel. I would definitely not come back to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone.
