Nafsika Hotel - Adults Only

This hotel is a lovely quiet place to unwind. Plenty of space around the pool everyday! In fact. I don’t know where everyone goes during the day! The breakfast is fine, plenty to choose. I really enjoyed it. The room we had 346 was perfect with a small balcony that gets tea time sun. The beds are comfy, and good working showers. I read many reviews about how polite and friendly the staff were, and they really are!! You have a few restaurants and bars on the main road. All very nice. My only mild criticism is the grounds need some TLC, but this doesn’t define the place. Overall, a lovely holiday. Quiet, relaxed and not too expensive.

Having read some of the previous reviews my partner and I were slightly nervous about our stay here, especially as we were a late night arrival, we needn't have worried. Our transfer was to the door of the hotel we were not dumped on the main road as previous reviews have mentioned, so this must depend on the tour operator. We were met with a friendly and warm welcome by the reception staff, who were fantastic throughout the stay,offering us advice on how to get to Corfu town and what to do. Off we went to our room, which was an adequate size and had the air conditioning on, which was excellent and quiet compared to some hotels I have previously visited. The room was quite basic but clean and tidy, the beds are quite hard, which we like so it wasn't an issue for me or my partner. The bathroom was a good size, I found it odd that there were 2 drains in the floor for showers, I assume they left the original one there when they refurbished the room and added a new one in the new shower area. Flooding mentioned previously can be prevented by using the "eco" setting on the shower which is still plenty powerful. (Pull the lever one click rather than all the way). There were a few rough edges in the bathroom, the newish tiles had not been sealed around the ceiling or door frame but other than that it was pleasant. The pool area was clean and well kept in the main, there are a few cracked tiles but I can't recall ever going somewhere where there wasn't at least one. Sunbeds were plentiful, although there were different styles, possibly where they are only replacing broken ones as they break, no issue with that really and it's good for the environment. There was a pool bar which was generally open from lunchtime, I noticed that if the pool.bar was open then the inside one was closed and vice versa, but not really an issue as either was convenient. Breakfast was nice with a good variety, although the juices were not great and were more like squash. Staff again were excellent and were very efficient at cleaning up dirty plates and tables. Overall for the cost this is a very good hotel, if you want luxury and decadence then maybe the hotel across the road is for you... At 4 times the price. There is a busy road to cross but with the good old green cross code and a bit of patience occasionally it was never an issue and couldn't be heard from the hotel, even outside. Dassia beach is narrow but very beautiful, especially at night with restaurants along the front, but unless you want to pay for sunbeds this may not be the beach for you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Le due signorine alla reception sono state cordiali e gentilissime (Marilena e Yoca). Unica pecca è che il bagno per disabili motori è veramente molto piccolo, non ti permette di essere totalmente autonomo. Inoltre per accedere in piscina c' era un gradino abbastanza alto, anche per uscire dalla struttura la discesa era molto ripida. Lo consiglio per la cordialità, ma non lo consiglio ad una persona in carrozzina che vuole essere al 100% autonomo.

Ich kann das Hotel und auch den Ort Dassia leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es war nicht einfach, das Hotel zu finden, es geht nur ein schmaler Weg von der Hauptstraße ab, ausreichend Parkplatz am Hotel ist jedoch vorhanden. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels schlug uns ein muffiger Geruch entgegen, nach Essen und irgendwie Feuchtigkeit im Gebäude (?) insgesamt war der erste Eindruck eher der eines Altenheims oder einer Jugendherberge, absolut kein Charme und keine Atmosphäre. Alles grau und irgendwie lieblos. Im Zimmer angekommen, waren wir sehr enttäuscht, wie dunkel es ist und wie wenig Privatsphäre man hat, da nur kleine Trennmauern zur Nachbarterrasse vorhanden sind. Dort haben wir auch direkt festgestellt, dass Raucher nebenan wohnen. Im Zimmer gab es einen winzigen Schrank, so dass wir unsere Koffer nicht hätten auspacken können. Die Betten sind relativ niedrig, geteilt und haben eine extrem harte Matratze. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass die Bettwäsche feucht war und nach Schimmel roch. Am Pool lief geschmacklose Musik, so dass wir überhaupt keine Lust hatten, uns dorthin zu legen. Der Frühstücksaal war auch sehr ungemütlich, das Frühstück mittelmäßig, das Personal dort einfach nur distanziert und unfreundlich. Man hatte irgendwie das Gefühl, dass jeder, dem wir begegneten, unglücklich aussah und nach einem neuen Hotel gesucht hat. Dafür, dass man für Urlaub viel Geld ausgibt, ist das einfach zu schade. Da uns der Ort auch absolut nicht gefallen hat und der Strand total schmutzig war, haben wir kulanterweise stornieren können. Am Rezeptionspersonal liegt es nicht, das war nett, hilfsbereit und bemüht, uns zu helfen. Danke dafür!

Au bout d’une impasse, cet hôtel bénéficie d’un calme appréciable. Le personnel est adorable et bienveillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le ménage est réalisé au quotidien avec soin. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner et du dîner est varié. La piscine est spacieuse et le nombre de transats suffisants. Un terrain de paddel flambant neuf a été installé en plus de celui de tennis. Nous avons pris les excursions et les transferts depuis l’hôtel et une ligne de bus permet de se rendre à la vieille ville facilement. Attention, la plage est essentiellement privée et l’espace public est quasi inexistant. Quelques tavernes à proximité offrent une gastronomie intéressante.
