Feri Surf Hotel Datca

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose this place because it is located right on the sea and looks very new and nice in the pictures. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The first day we arrived, I didn't like the tone of the receptionist at all. Our reservation money was not deposited and instead of calling us, he gave a speech saying: 'we can cancel our reservation, this is our right'. I wish it had been canceled so that we wouldn't have spent time in this hotel. We then had to pay another tariff price. They took 30-40 euros more. -First of all, the hotel has serious hygiene problems. From the moment we entered the room, we encountered the smell of cigarette smoke. Even though it was cleaned again, there is still a bad smell in the room. And there are always cleaning supplies in the hallways and they are never picked up. -The rooms are very stuffy. -There is no trash in the room except the bathroom and the phone does not work, the air conditioner does not work well, it suddenly turns off at night and you wake up sweating. - After 3:30 pm our room was still not cleaned. We came from the sea. We were asked if the cleaning card was posted? As a hotel, all rooms should be cleaned, right? -We stayed on the side of the road and there was a dog barking in the garden all the time, which woke me up in the morning. - Breakfast is not bad, but there is no coffee service. -There is never anyone looking at the beach. If we want to order something, we almost have to get up and look for staff. Because they are always busy with their phones - The sea is very wavy, if you choose this hotel because you can easily get to the sea (like us), I would say don't choose it, there are better places. - When we wanted to swim at 10:30 in the morning, we had no towels left. We had to wait half an hour. How can we run out of big hotel towels? Unfortunately our last 3 days in Datça were filled with such problems. I don't think I will ever come here again.
