I booked and pay for 3 person but I end up 0ay8ng extra for extra matress.Smart TV is not working no channels at all can't watch anything.Wifi is weak .No lift,sink is clogged,Toilet is smelly

So accomaditing. I love our stay here. Close to the mall, i will book this hotel again

The place is affordable. Friendly staff

No comment as I would never stay here again So if you want to stay here then have a good trip. One example ordered dinner to be brought to the room. Called after an hour and they said the restaurant was just busy . Called again 30 minutes later and told that the chef was off. Not open Go figure ? Further no water or cups in the room Enjoy your stay. Trip advisor , I question with this hotel in their offerings .

Location is great. Very near the market and the big bang place. Sad thing is its an old hotel needs further refurbishment. Also the stairs are made of woods so fire hazzard

This is my go-to hotel when coming to Davao. Friendly staff and serves good food. :)

The hotel is located at the heart of the city and is very accessible. I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times already and i love the place and the room, the staff and the food! Real calue for money! Two thumbs up!

Pictures displayed online for the room is taken when the hotel was new, actual is not the same. I took Deluxe Room, I paid for Breakfast with hotel charges. Food was on based for local, But if foreigner, better to eat outside. Hotel charges are very low and reasonable, good hospitality, Lots of wet market around that area, Seven Eleven, Mc Donal's . I stayed 4 night, cleaning was done only once which was before check-in. Air condition was old window model for which no remote available . I got small refrigerator, small self, tooth brush, paste, small soap, water heater that's all. Over all i'll rate good budget hotel to stay.
