Restored 1906 3-Bedroom Townhouse Overlooking the Mississippi River Unit #1.

This historic townhouse was exactly what my family needed. The beautiful antique furnishings and restored interior provided a unique glimpse into the old charm of Davenport. Our host, Jack and his lovely wife, Marion, were very responsive and often anticipated our needs. Aside from a bit of dust, the home is well-maintained and equipped to accommodate numerous people. I would highly recommend booking with Jack!

YES! A must when staying in Iowa! Let’s start with a quick synopsis for a short read… This place is amazing! Fantastic location, beautiful historic home with tons of space and every amenity a traveler could possibly need. The home is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Although the place is located on a main street it’s surprisingly quiet. The property is located well above street level giving a safe/secure feeling. The house is centrally located so I was able to travel from Chicago to Ames with ease and easy access to multitudes of close restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. The owner, Jack & Marion, are beyond accommodating. Always available and very respectful of my privacy. If you love architecture and quality and want to stay around the quad cities, this property is a MUST!!
