Old apartment house "Altein", renovated in 2021. In the centre 1.3 km from the centre of Davos Platz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south-east facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Grocery 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 150 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 400 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, ski lift 1.5 km, chair lift 1.5 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Kongresszentrum 200 m. A stylish, classic chalet appartment in a convienient and quiet location in Davos. Supermarket and bus stop 5 minute walk A good kitchen and bathrooms. Living room was good for up to 4-5 people with a single large sofa and chairs. Fantastic south facing l
