New hotel, generally ok. But what happened was very unpleasant. I never give bad reviews. During the May Day holiday, your on-site questioning and subsequent handling made me uncomfortable. It turns out that you didn't choose to deal with the matter in the first place when Ctrip customer service could have solved it with just one phone call.

When I booked, I had already noted that I wanted a quiet environment because I had an important event the next day. As a result, I was given a room close to the community. There was a machine alarm in the community around 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning, which kept ringing until dawn. I couldn't sleep all night, and they didn't help me change the room. Sigh. Not very satisfied.
