Just 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati and walking distance to local bars, restaurants and entertainment. Minutes to Cincinnati sports stadiums (Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati) and local concert venues (e.g. Riverbend Music Center, MegaCorp Pavillion, Andrew J. Brady Music Center). 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 family rooms, open style eat in kitchen and spacious deck for additional space to relax. Sleeps 6. Free Street parking out front and private parking pad and home entry in back. There is a railroad track nearby behind the house. What an awesome place to stay! We LOVED this property. I was born and raised in the Cincinnati area, and although not really knowing alot about Dayton, KY, I'm so happy we found this listing and booked the house. It was FABULOUS for my family of five. The house is well appointed, nicely decorated and stocked with Bounty paper towels AND premium Charmin toilet paper. Might not matter to some, but to me it's an extra measure of care for guests staying there :) As some have mentioned, yes the train tracks are directly behind the house, however, you're not living there. It's a GREAT place for a temporary stay. We highly recommend!
