Our studio condo is bigger than most hotel rooms with 530 square feet. One bed is a queen murphy bed and the other a queen hide a bed. If you have 4 adults it will be a tight fit, like staying in a double queen hotel room. But it has a full kitchen and a direct ocean front balcony. Just an FYI to make sure we meet your expectations.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED and support animal documentation from a PHYSICIAN will need to be provided for review.

Our building was built in the 1970's and is not perfect. Everything we are in control of as owners we do 100%, but it is not new construction. Our hope is to keep an oceanfront stay affordable and host guests that appreciate the balcony view, easy beach access, full kitchen and many other amenities. Awesome view!
Check in is super easy. The kitchen was really nice with plenty of counter space. Loved the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. Condo was very clean. Bathroom was nice. Laurie is absolutely amazing! Very fast response time to messages. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is more about me. My friend and I are senior ladies and both have physical issues which made the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa too heavy for us. But it’s an all around great place to stay. Sending many thanks to Laurie for having patience with me!

Dream come true! Amazing property! Amazing host...Laurie thought of everything. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the breathtaking view right outside the window and deck. Anything you want to do is right at the property or near proximity. Clean, Beautiful, Well appointed. Thank you soo much Laurie. We are forever greatful and looking forward to our next stay with you.

Convenient to everything
We parked the car and didn’t have to drive anywhere. The studio was clean and cute. The view was spectacular.

Excellent Stay at Daytona Beach Club
My overall experience was wonderful. Place was clean and fully equipped with all that was needed during my stay. Location was perfect and felt safe since there was security on the premises. They went above and beyond to make sure my check in and out went smooth as possible. I totally recommend this place and I will be booking again, that's for sure. Thank you

Jeep Beach 2025!
We were there for the Jeep Beach 2025 event and we had a blast! We were hardly in the room but the morning sunrises were beautiful from the room balcony. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. The host was very informative and available. Would stay here again.
