2025 UPDATE The best deck on the beach has reopened. We enlarged the pool deck resulting in more sun and less shade for our sunbathers. The spa is double the size of the original spa and the new seawall and glass pool fencing offer stunning beach and ocean views. We have added new Adirondack Chairs, pic-nic tables, umbrellas, two shower stations and a new direct access gate from the parking garage improving access to our pool deck and the beach ramp. Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector immediately after the hurricanes of 2022 and has been deemed safe and not at risk. Enjoy walks on the traffic free beach, gorgeous sunrises, and fun in the sand. Recent Updates as of Winter 2024: We are considered one of the nicest condos in Daytona Beach Shores at the most competitive pricing. -The front Bedroom has been redecorated with new furniture and bedding. -New Sectional sofa with Chaise in the Living Room. -The master bedroom has new paint, new bedding, and new curtains. -Updated dining room table & chairs to continue to enjoy the amazing views. -Updated kitchen sink, faucet, and master bath faucets. -Fresh new colors throughout the condo. -Stainless Steel kitchen appliances and GE Stacking washer and dryer. -Voted the nicest condo in the building.
