Aquaticum Debrecen Termal & Wellness Hotel

The worst hotel I have stayed in since we became a family 7 years ago. Old, dirty, bad service, everything is far and almost and the air conditioner is not noticeable. The dining room is stuffy and smelly, the beds are too soft and too old so that when you sleep the mattress really sinks. The air conditioner in the room didn't work and they said there was nothing to do in the evening and we had to wait until the morning. The price of a vacation is too high, There were drops of pee in the toilet and hairs on the sheets and exorbitant for a cheap, disrespectful, dirty and unpleasant return. Mostly there is no one to talk to, there is hardly an employee or two who speak English and they are also really unhelpful. The outside food stands are filthy and they refused to give us towels even with the towel card, it turns out that you can only get towels for the hot pools. As already said, paying too much for the value of sleeping in a shocking, dirty, old place with the worst service. I can't believe we have to be here for a whole week.

Best place for famaliy vacation at Debrecen !!!! We will defenetly will return for another time The aqua park is great!!! You can stay there for at least 3-4 hours a day! Breakfast was very good Dinner was ok , a lot of drinks options Room was big and nice

stayed there for 11 nights, loved the city and hotel amenities for kids we visited with 4 small children and asked them to change our towels. they charged us 41 EUR because its free only if you change them every few days .... felt cheated good things: kids amenities and the people the work at the kids amenities great city and the hotel is next to tram station nice spa, indoor water park could use a fix but its still very fun large rooms bad things: very bad cleaning - almost every day forgot to take at least one trash can, almost didn't do any cleaning that we had to ask over and over to clean, had to beg for new bathrobe food - most days it was very bad (they don't even have fresh vegetables at breakfast or dinner) overall its a nice place to stay but i hope that they will improve

Just one night stay, simple hotel bit odd that reception is on second floor but you can access the spa pool area directly. Had a decent room on third floor, ok in size but not much of a view. Breakfast can be improved as first is in a hard to find with no signs and even if a large choice not much of taste with bad coffea. Pools are big enough from hot to cold and nice outside one.

Останавливались здесь на 3 ночи. Понравился комплекс с термальными бассейнами и аквапарком. Завтрак обычный- каша, йогурты, овощи, выпечка, соки, есть уголок, где жарят яичницу и панкейки. На ужине мало вегетарианских блюд, рыбных блюд не было вообще, только один раз подавалась уха. Плюс, что можно бесплатно на ужин наливать соки, а вот чай и кофе нет. Номер довольно просторный номера с балконом. Почему- то в номере нет чайника и тапочек. Также полотенца в номере меняют только за плату и только если бросишь его на пол в ванной- 200 форинтов за полотенце, об этом висит соответствующая табличка. У нас был очень ранний вылет, нам заказали такси и завтрак дали с собой, это очень удобно. Отель находится в красивом парке, рядом остановка трамвая и можно съездить в центр города, но мы доходили пешком за 20 минут.

Sono stato dal 22 al 28 marzo, ottima spa, pulita, spaziosa con bella camera ed un buon buffet (a parte il dolce). Davvero una bellissima esperienza in una città splendida e sottovalutata come Debrecen. Consigliatissimo non solo per le famiglie ma anche per chi abbisogna di un po'di relax.
