Lo peor de lo peor fui al día de ayer a quedarme en ese hotel y la piscina estaba llena de limo no nos podíamos meter en ella hablé con él encargado y me dijo que no se podía usar le indiqué que para eso íbamos a quedarnos ahí y en la app no decía nada de eso me dijo que podía cancelar sin penalización alguna y cuando hago mi reclamo no me quisieron entregar el dinero porque los del hotel no aceptaron acéreme la devolución del mismo es injusto que no tengan buena limpieza incluso en la habitación y no me quieran reembolsar mis casi $100.00 dólares como si el dinero me cayera del cielo gratis 🤬🤬🤬 en mi vida vuelvo a intentar quedarme en un hotel súper 8

Terrible experience. There was no one at the front desk. The room smelled like pee. I complained about noise and when the receptionist finally appeared, they said I could stay a little longer for the trouble… just for housekeeping to start banging on the door 10 mins later. Do not recommend!

Very clean and quiet, def. recommend. Close to I 10 and an hour from Destin. I have stayed here twice and both times enjoyed. Walmart and Publix are close for anything you might need during your travels. On my next excursion I will definitely stay here.

Friendly staff. Attentive housekeeping. Great prices and location. Recommend staying here.will stay here again anytime! Super clean rooms and located by everything you need. Shopping and eating!! Many choices all around and minutes from the beach!

Excellent hotel for the price. Front desk and restaurant staff were friendly. Room was nice. They actually had a good working bathtub, which is rare nowadays. In the big scheme of things I would call this a quite good hotel. But with ratings inflation giving it 4 stars would be a disservice. And compared to other hotels, including other hotels in the same chain, I feel this one stands out. They even have a working pool. I don’t use them, but when I had young children they would have appreciated it.

Reserved kings size bed roon. Told not available when arriving. Clerk very unfriendly. "Not able" to give me a copy of check in paper that i signed. 2nd floor room, queen beds was given. Problems: door lock not working covered by duct tape. **Smoke alarm wires in ceiling, smoke alarm itself in drawer**. Covering on desk chair ripped and padding exposed. Rusting lamps, no coffee maker even though there was a coffee setup. Pluses: sermed to be clean, a/c worked ok, bed was comfortable.
