"The room was lovely and the hotel environment very pleasant. The hotel is quite new, and the staff were very friendly. However, on the day we checked in, the hotel seemed to be very busy, and the check-in process took an excessively long time. We arrived at 2 PM but had to wait until past 3 PM for a room to be cleaned and ready. The parking lot is quite small, so parking wasn't very convenient. However, the security guard was very helpful and directed us to a temporary spot."

"The hotel has a good sanitary environment. There is a car to take you to watch the sunrise at 5:40 in the morning. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the square. The price/performance ratio of the food in the hotel restaurant is generally low, and they only told us that they need to pay a service fee after ordering."

"This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean and elegant overall, with great natural light in the rooms. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The public areas were tidy and odorless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is convenient for getting around, with a wide variety of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money, is quiet and not noisy. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future trips and highly recommend it to everyone!"

Mehood Lestie Hotel (Quanzhou Dehua Wanda Plaza Store) ★★★★
"This is a brand new hotel, opened only in 2026, with excellent facilities and very spacious rooms. It offers great value for money, and parking is free with plenty of EV charging stations. Overall, it's fantastic in every way. The cleaning staff are also incredibly warm and attentive, always smiling. You can really feel the genuine warmth and hospitality of Dehua locals. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍 Areas for improvement: The front desk staff seemed quite new and perhaps not adequately trained. Their guest interactions felt a bit stiff, and they lacked empathy, failing to understand customer needs. They tended to focus on explaining their own difficulties. It might also be a staffing issue, as several times they mentioned they couldn't help with luggage because only one person was at the front desk. I hope this area can be improved soon."
