It is perfectly positioned to cater to every guest of the peninsula as it is less than 15 min from downtown Carmel, downtown Monterey, and downtown Pacific Grove all without ever driving on a freeway. Trader Joe's is 5 min away and Whole Food's 11 min away. This single-story home provides a gourmet kitchen and comfortably sleeps eight in 3 bedrooms and a den with daybed.
