シャワーの水圧、温度、排水は問題なかったです。部屋も清潔で同価格帯の日本のビジネスホテルより遥かに良いです。気になり点はスタッフの英語がインド訛りで聞き取るのが難しかったくらいでした（笑）

Clean, newer hotel. Odd location but managed to got around.

唯一的缺點就是在高架橋旁邊，所以比較吵，其他部分都蠻方便的

人種差別的発言が無ければ、最高評価なのに。 良かった点 ベストウエスタン系列で、基本的に整っており、ホテルスタッフも良く教育されていて、快適に過ごせた。 宿泊に含まれている朝食が、良かった。更に、早朝の列車でアグラに行くので、朝食の代わりに、ボックスブレックファーストを頼んだら、心良く準備してくれた。 悪かった点 フロントスタッフに人種差別的な発言をする、態度の悪いものがいた。これさえ無ければ、最高の評価を付けたのに、とても残念だった。 最後に、宿泊施設は、オーナー次第だと思います。 以前利用した、アテネの「ERMOU ART LOFT」、ティラナの「Downtown Tirana Apartments」、ソウル（雲西駅）の「Yolo House」は、オーナーのいい加減さに、うんざりさせられました。 一方、スコピエの「Center LEKS apartment」では、オーナーの気遣い・誠実さに感激しました。 更に、施設自体は年季が入っていますが、清掃が行き届いており、タオルやシーツも比較的新しく気持ち良く使えた、サントリーニ島の『キング ティラス ホテル」をはじめ、 コソボの「Hotel Fjorr」、厦門の「Hanting Hotel Xiamen Zhongshan Road Ferry」、イスタンブールの「ホテル ラ SERA」、ジョホール バールの「ホールマーク リージェンシー ホテル ジョホール バール」、高雄の『エアライン イン カオシュン ステーション」、ラパスの「ホテル サガルナガ」、ミャンマーの「Hotel G Yangon」など、良心的なオーナーの宿泊施設は沢山あります。 Trip.comには、多数の宿泊施設が登録されています。他の宿泊施設を予約されることをお勧めします。

Hotel room was very clean, and room service was amazing. Everything was taken care of. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. My favourite part was the breakfast buffet, I loved the variety of international, South and North Indian options available. Just wish that the WiFi connectivity was better in the room.

Great service by the team. And rooms are well maintained by the housekeeping team. Lakshmi has a pleasing personality and always willing to extend her best service taking care of the guests on the floor with a broad smile. I have seen her over the last three days pushing her best abilities to ensure all guests do eat well and feel at home. She deserves a double applaud from guest and management.

Laxmi Tanu & Athesham are brilliant. Very cheerful staff and the entire property is very warm and welcoming. Special mention to Mr Lalit at the reception. The food at the breakfast is good and decent. Very professional and well maintained property.

Fantastic reception so early in the morning. Took care of us like we’re family! During breakfast time, Laxmi, Athesham, and others treated us with patience and kindness, making sure we got all of our needs taken care of and taking in every request. The staff didn’t make us feel bad for all of our requests and were overall really sweet. The food (omelette and dosa) was delivered very quickly and were amazing. We can’t wait to come back when we are in Delhi.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcomed and helpful throughout our stay.Especially MsTanu at restaurant welcomed warm smiles and welcoming nature made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and love the convenient location closer to major attractions. The room were immaculate and very comfortable.
