The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to all the local attractions but quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The hotel is in a good location and equally accessible from NOIDA and Delhi. It's in an industrial area. The hotels AC was not heating up the room although the setting was on HEAT mode. It was winters in Delhi and it could get really cold there. So after a while hotel staff provided a standalone heater, but that did not do the job that well to manage the room temperature as an AC.

Amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. This hotel can never go wrong, it was very comfortable and breakfast buffet here is amazing as always.

All very good, clean and spacious rooms, some adjustments and touch-ups needed on the wooden doors, but the stay was very pleasant and the standard is good compared to other hotels in India. The buffet was plentiful and the staff very helpful for every need

Welcome to the Lalit Hotel in New Delhi, where the hospitality is as warm as a freshly made naan and the staff is filled with the most stunning girls in India! Seriously, the moment I walked in, I thought I’d accidentally stumbled onto a Miss India pageant rehearsal. I was half-expecting a judge to pop up and ask me to rate their smiles! Now let’s address the food. Oh, bhai! The food here should come with a warning label: “Caution: May cause uncontrollable drooling!” One bite, and I was hooked. I think I ate enough biryani to feed an entire wedding party! I mean, I was so full, I considered rolling out of the dining room like a giant samosa. Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain. I’ve been staying this property for years now. The concierge people are always helpful and friendly and they get excited me seeing again. They offered me complimentary breakfast and food was delicious and service was wonderful and friendly. I was provided a large and neat and clean room and front desk kept on asking if I need any assistance which was so warming. The only issue was The PRICES this trip was 3 times what I usually pay for this property.

Booked an Uber to get there. The start was not very good Driver said I would need 50 ruppie to pay for parking or something for the hotel at the door. At the gate, I didn't have any Indian ruppie cash with me, so I gave him $1 usd. He wasn't happy but no other choice. Had no idea what it was about. Arrived and checked in early. The receptionist asked me to sit and wait for 5 mins. I waited for nearly an hour and finally decided to come and asked. The room was ready long ago. He just totally forgot about me. Saw a lady staff just walked around asking and leading other customers to the desk (kinda useless since she couldn't do checking in). At least, welcoming drink would be nice.( we saw drinking tap and wondering should we asked for it) The room was good size. Clean and tidy. No bathrobe. Nice breakfast and dinner. A lot of security to get back to the hotel every time. Kinda good and bad at the same time. Restaurants and shops next door on the left (walking to Aerocity shop)

Have stayed here before and will stay again. Quite central for my needs . Clean, great staff.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.
