A fantastic experience! I just returned from a wonderful month at Laura’s property! The apartment was exactly as pictured, was spotless, with brand new appliances and very large rooms. The neighborhood was lovely and I enjoyed walks there every morning. I felt very safe there. I would highly recommend you consider renting this property!

Will Stay Again, no doubts I grew up in this part of town just down the road on 13th and 2nd so I kinda knew what to expect in the housing around the area. I was a bit skeptical at first but I had no problem giving the benefit of the doubt. This place is everything the images show it to be. It was very clean and everything we needed for the kitchen was there. The restroom worked 100% no clogs no water back ups. There was a washing machine and dryer combo as well. This place sits in a perfect spot for accessing Delray Beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the road, is just minutes away from Atlantic Ave. In short I am more than pleased with the rental, and the price I felt was fair in a nice quite little spot. I do recommend this rental and location to enjoy a stay in Delray Beach Fl. I will be renting this place again
