Spend your days tanning and swimming at the beach before relaxing in your private patio for an afternoon drink then walk over to Pineapple Grove and "the Ave" for live music and great food! Cozy, cottage, and historic home feel. The two bedrooms have plenty of space and the living room is a big gathering area! The updated kitchen and cozy front porch have everything you need to have delicious dinners for a night in. This home is a part of the Historic District and has the feel of Old Florida. You can see the updated look while enjoying the smells of the refinished original walls, floors, and ceilings made from Florida Cypress and Dade County Pine. You will have your own private entrance, patio, and parking. You will have access to the front porch and backyard There is a back property where our other guests stay. Please keep the left driveway clear for them to park.
