We love the location (next to great Asian food in malls) and a short walk to a river side. The room was also comfy!

The breakfast here was also good with hearty serving. You can select a main with adds-on from the breakfast menu. 

Unfortunately, there was a hiccup during our stay. We obtained approval to  shift one morning's inclusive breakfast to another morning due to early morning tour departure. However, this was not conveyed to the restaurant. We disputed the charges when the bill was presented to us. Though the reception officers assured us that no charges would be imposed during our check-out, the hotel still charged the breakfast against our pre-authorised deposit. It took some efforts of liaising with my credit card company and emailing to a generic email (only telephone number listed on their webpage) before I obtained a refund.

This is unique to Canada and where it can be very cold, so the hotel is located with direct connection to the airport terminal, what can one ask for when the outside temperature is freezing? The hotel is new and room is well maintained.

All around very clean! Bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I have no complaints at all. Would for sure stay again. :)

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient to eat and travel around. If you need to eat Chinese food or Turkish kebab, it is very convenient! Be careful of the serious traffic jam!

Overall a lovely stay.
A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise.
Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The location is not very good, but the service is very satisfactory. I arrived early in the morning and was arranged to check in. The front desk guy helped with the luggage and sent it upstairs. The breakfast was rich and the surroundings were quiet and suitable for accommodation.

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?

Of the hotels I stayed during this Canada East trip, this ok be is surely the best. Super convenient location linking to subway, GO transit, UP and VIA RAIL. Breakfast is very good though the menu seems unchanged during my four days stay. The pool is a bit small and full of kids between 7 and 10pm. Staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly
