Well it was the WOW factor and attention to detail with Richard & Pat, what it says on their website 110%, food, wine, Breaky, wood fire, “ready to lite” just everything was here for a great stop or weekend away, WE WILL BE BACK, thanks very much

A piece of paradise in Deni
Cottages on Edward was a wonderful, tranquil and comfortable place to stay. The owners go the extra yard and have paid so much attention to detail to make sure the cottages are homely and enjoyable. From the candle in the bathroom (which has a double spa bath) to the port, snacks in the kitchen, historic books on the area, a bbq area just out the door and a beautiful spot to sit under the trees by the river. I highly recommend it.

Cottages on Edward Lovely independent cottage. Exceptionally well appointed and provisioned Welcoming host and a delightful access to the river. Oh so peaceful. Just a short drive to the town. Wi-Fi was available, but failed to connect to the furthest cottage - a not uncommon technical hitch. One solution was to step outside, another was to use one phone. 4.5/5

The hosts we friendly & welcoming showed us around the cottage & make us a fresh loaf of bread & amazing breakfast food was supplied.
Would certainly recommend this property.

The host, Richard, was very friendly and contacted us to know what time we would be arriving so the room was nice and toasty. The bed was beautifully presented and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the complimentary glass of port, which was a really nice touch. Set in a beautiful quiet location with gum trees opposite the property and frogs croaking at night.

Thank you Richard and Pat, our 2 night stay was wonderful. Such a peaceful setting. The Cottage had everything we would want, such generous breakfast supplies. Very comfortable bed, spacious, clean cottage. Richard is a great host, happy to have a chat. Our place to stay next time we are in Deni. Jim and Dianne
