Premier Inn Manchester (Denton)

Stayed for a funeral in room 127.. absolutely boiling hot… tried to open curtains to let more air in. A great big advertising sign outside! Could not sleep at all. Paid £107 for this.. like being tortured. Customer services do not want to know. Those rooms by that sign and no ventilation should be half price!

had a weekend away meeting up with friends, from checking in to checking out nothing was too much trouble , excellent staff..lovely food.. very clean and comfortable .. lovely outside area where kids could play safely..plenty of parking would deffo stay again

Don't go near this Hotel. My Two sons aged 19 & 15 & their friend aged 20 arrived at the hotel at 1am due to my son (who works as a receptionist at a hotel) not finishing work until 7pm. They got greeted with disgusting appalling attitude from the nights team. They had done nothing wrong yet got told that if they make any noise then they would be chucked out of the hotel & they don't care how far away they lived! Is this how you speak or treat all of your guests? Do you think if I turned up I would get spoken to like that, no of course not! Only 6months ago did they have their own room whilst on a trip with us, did they get told that then? Of course not! They decided to threaten 2 young men & child when they had done nothing wrong! I hope no-one ever treats your child this way & that no-one gets treated like this again. I work in a well established hotel chain & wouldn't dare speak to any of my guests in this way, if I did I know I would get sacked. I phoned up to speak to the nights team involved to be treated with attitude, told it was their word against my boys & that they got told that because they were 3 young lads arriving late, what did i want her to do about it! No sorry, no understanding of how the boys may have felt being treated like that, nothing.

Clean room,fantastic friendly staff . Reception 24/7 Free car park .Restaurant next door Brewers Fair.Extra pillows in a room.Great stay!Close to M60.Sainsbury walking distance. Recommended to family and for couples. Again great stay!

Stayed here for a family reunion checked in early evening as we was due to go and meet family it was gone midnight when we got back we was hungry and tired Christine & jade was great getting menus and ordering food for us as we are not well up on the internet they gave us a bottle of water as it was a warm night which was really appreciated and the children some chocolate eggs and they kindly offered instead of us waiting around they would bring it up to us as the children was tired

Stayed at Denton as went out to meet friends Friday night in Manchester. Had a great night and it was topped off when we got back to the hotel. We were all starving and we were surprised about the pot noddles and biscuits for GOSH charity so we had a feast (for charity) rather than a take away. Jade and Christine the night staff were amazing and so funny - we had a good laugh with them during the wee hours. We had great night out and great stay at Denton with all staff so warm and friendly so we would defiantly stay again next time “up north”.
