A very large and clean unit stocked ample. Close to restaurants and locally supported boutiques. 1st class unit offering rooftop views with amazing fire pits and grills. Super clean, safe enclosed garage, with elevator very near to assist.

he apartment overall was very good, but the noise from the heating system and some water dripping continuously during the night were terrible, to the point that we couldn’t sleep during the two days we stayed

This was a great find. A small boutique hotel near Wheat Ridge in the Berkeley neighborhood. Each unit is like a mini apartment. My unit had a balcony in the living room and the bedroom. It came with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a separate laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer. There is also a rooftop area with large propane grills and a fire pit with a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains. There is no front desk, but the facility texts instructions on check in as well as instructions on parking (there is a secure garage). Wonderful choices of restaurants and unique stores all along Tennyson Street. A great location and a fantastic property!

Very walkable, nice to have a small park across the street. Couch and bed were extremely comfortable and kitchen was large and modern with a comically small sink. Parking in the garage was easy after we figured out we needed to get out of the car to use the door code to hit “open” on the garage door. Great to be able to come and go. Lucy’s Burger place down the street was my personal favorite for a gluten free food option. Rooftop was cool, worth checking out.

We were in the area for a short trip and this property was super convenient. It’s a great location, modern, and accommodating for what we needed. Only downside was paying a hefty cleaning fee when we weren’t even there for 24 hours, but otherwise, no complaints.

wonderfull place , My second time there, the neighborhood is very, very nice and good to walk freely. has lots of shops and resturants. the upper deck has a great view of the park and the mountains. bakery on the first floor. i would live here !!!

It was very clean and quiet and comfortable in the room. Lots of space to stretch out in. We will stay at the Berkeley again when we are in Denver.

Neat area with great places to shop and eat locally just outside. Parking is tight and really should be included since they charge a $100 extra “hotel” fee on top of the $26 dollars to park each night. Condo was clean aside from a few overlooked areas. Sheets were some weird polyester blend, but were more comfortable than we thought they would be. Never could get the tv in the bedroom to work, but really didn’t matter. Would definitely stay there again.
