The photos online really do not match the actual appearance of the property. The whole place needs extra care and attention. Especially the outdoor searing area and the spa. We found the spa was so dirty and smelled strange, so decided to not even use it.
The room was Basic but acceptable, however there were no slippers or robes provided, even though we saw that other guests had some.
The hotel soundproofing is very poor. Every footstep echoes and reverberates. Good luck if you wish to sleep past 7am. I've never stayed in a noisier hotel. Also, cleaning staff began cleaning vacated rooms by 8.30 am with no thought that others may still be sleeping, so in addition to echoing, banging footsteps there was also banging buckets, mops and hoovers.
We didn't try breakfast, so can't comment.
The hotel's dog is cute.

I went with my daughter to choose blindly, and luckily I chose the right B&B. When we got here, the owner was very welcoming, and the bowl of noodles for breakfast won me over. One word: praise. The B&B is very big, with a front garden and a back garden, and it is great for taking photos. Next time I go to Moganshan, I will choose Yixi.

I was very satisfied with the room! The lady boss was nice and kind. She also upgraded the room. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a small balcony outside the floor-to-ceiling window, with a view of the courtyard. I went to the hot springs at night. I brought my own iPad to watch TV series. Before the bath, I told the lady boss that she would provide bathrobes and slippers. It was very considerate. I forgot to bring makeup remover oil, but she still provided it! It was really nice.
