5 stars is not enough for this amazing place. The hotel is stunning, carved into the cliff and beautifully renovated, the view from the terrace at the top is amazing. Nil and her team took incredible care of us, breakfasts are freshly prepared every day and offer a great selection. Nil helped us to plan our itinerary every day, giving us tips on where to go, where to eat and sharing some of the history of the region with us. ‘Nil’ is like a secret password to some of the best places and everywhere we went people knew her. Un petit paradis au coeur de la Cappadoce ! Très peu de chambres, chacune avec un caractère différent qui allie luxe et simplicité. Nil, Yunus et tout le personnel sont au petit soin pour leurs hôtes. Nil saura vous donner de précieux conseils pour visiter la Cappadoce et connaître les bonnes tables ! La vue sur les troglodytes est incroyable ! Si nous revenons en Cappadoce, ce sera ici sans aucune hésitation !

Exceptional stay We were a party of nine ranging from senior citizens to young kids, and we had an excellent stay at Sota. The rooms and the hotel overall were very tastefully designed, the breakfast each day was great, and we were given wonderful guidance each day about the major sights in the area. All the suggested dining options were outstanding. This was easily the best hotel at which we stayed during our entire visit to Turkey. Thanks for making our visit to Cappadocia so memorable!!

What a magical place! Up in the hills overlooking Urgup, with a rooftop terrace taking advantage of the view. Tastefully renovated and spacious rooms, delicious and extensive options for breakfast and best of all, Nil, acting not only as host, but guide with wonderful advice as to sights and restaurants.
