"Poor lighting, couldn’t figure out how to just turn on 1 light. Bathroom lights to bright to keep light on all night. You should install small night light in bathroom.
Refrigerator too small and u need coffee maker in room
Beds comfortable, bedding cozy, and quiet room.
Thanks for great weekend in Des Moines."

Great
HHansookWe stayed here for two nights to drop off my kid at college. The hotel was very close to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet! Also, i was able to deliver some packages to the hotel and pick them up on the way to the college - very very convenient. Their recreation room, the gym and the pool are better than most other hotels we tried. The staff are super friendly.
GGuest UserNewer facilities, front desk staff service, general restaurant, breakfast, dinner, can go to a restaurant outside to eat, no other choice, good choice for early flight, drop-off service can be less than seven or eight minutes to the airport
EEthan ClarkNo itemized receipt. The hotel just charges whatever they want and you have no idea for what. Cash less amenities bar, anyone can charge to any room without verification. Pretty sure unless there's a $120 charge for nothing, I paid for someone else's stuff.
ZZHENG YAOThe hotel is close to the city center, and the transportation in and out is very convenient. The price is very close to the people, it should be said that the price is very high. Especially the breakfast, which is richer than the average three-star hotel. There are some choices, which are quite real.
赵赵Very good hotel, every service staff is very patient... I can hardly speak English, and I can use translation software to be barrier-free... Good breakfast, very good drop-off service... Very close to the airport... The big supermarket next to it is convenient Shopping for food... I haven't commented on Ctrip for many years, this hotel is worth recommending...

GGuest UserThis is a clean motel. The rooms are clean. Really good housekeeping here. Courteous staff. If I'm ever traveling thru Des Moines again, this will be my place to stay.
SSophiaSunNZBooked an early flight and stayed at the hotel the first day. The freshman went home during the winter vacation and just turned 18. The other hotel did not allow check-in. I temporarily changed to this hotel. I called the front desk in advance and confirmed that I could stay at the age of 18. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is great, there are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, and you can also order takeaway to the room. The free breakfast was actually served at 3 am, the room was very clean, very close to the airport. This experience was great and will come to live next time.
